Kueppers Solutions: Winner of the German Innovation Award for Climate and Environment

We did it!
It is with great pride and pleasure that we inform you that Kueppers Solutions GmbH won the coveted German Innovation Award for Climate and Environment. On Monday, 16.05.2022 we were allowed to receive the award at the official award ceremony in Berlin. The award was presented to us by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) represented by the Parliamentary State Secretary Mr. Oliver Krischer.
German Innovation Award for Climate and Environment 2022
The Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWi) awards the important German Innovation Award for Climate and Environment (IKU). A total of 150 companies with pioneering products and services competed for the prize money of 175,000 euros. The well-founded scientific evaluation of the applications is carried out by the Fraunhofer ISI.
Winner among 150 candidates
Among 150 applications, Kueppers Solutions GmbH is one of the coveted prize winners.
From the category of product and service innovation for climate protection:
“Kueppers Solutions GmbH (Gelsenkirchen, Germany) offers the iRecu, the world’s first 3D-printed mass-produced burner with optimized heat recovery. Even before the availability of green fuels, this can save 2.2 million tons of CO2 in industrial thermoprocessing plants, and in the next step with green hydrogen via the dual-channel gas mixing unit, a further 13 million tons per year.” (Source: IKU)
